Sawmill JSC "Madera"
The company was established in 1999 in Irkutsk city. Production complex consist of logs warehouse which capacity up to 100 000 cbm, log sorting line, reducer circular sawline AriVislanda (Sweden), drying complex of 24 chambers of European producers, a one-time loading capacity is about 2500 cbm; Planing and profiling line, which equipped modern planers of WEINIG; pellet plant. The sawmill has its own boiler house working on wood waste. Delivery of sawngoods carried out in open wagons, trucks, 20/40 foot containers.
Main company activity is the manufacture sawn timber and planed goods only from Siberian larch (Larix Sibirica).
AO "Madera" produces next goods:
- sawn timber (GOST 26002-83, grade U/S, SF, IV and V) with varying humidity, and maximum width up to 250 mm, lengths 6.0/5.1/4.0/3.0;
- planed goods (beams imitation, flooring, decking, wall cladding);
Monthly production volumes:
- sawing about 14,000 m3;
- drying up to 5,000 m3
- planing up to 1,500 m3.
Environment and market:
The sawmill ensures the rational use of forest resources based on complex processing of timber. AO "Madera" is a certified participant of the program to use forest resources. Sawmill was built on the imported equipment, which allows to provide a stable product quality. The main markets of finished products and sawn timber of AO "Madera" is countries of Europe and Asia.
